Tiffany Brady
Vehicular Crimes Assistant Bureau Chief
Maricopa County Attorney's Office
Tiffany Brady currently serves as the Assistant Bureau Chief of the Vehicular Crimes Bureau (VCB) of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO). In addition to fulfilling her daily administrative responsibilities, Tiffany prosecutes a high volume of complex vehicular cases. Over the course of her nine years with VCB, she has successfully convicted defendants in a number of high-profile cases, which include 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, aggravated assault, leaving the scene and aggravated DUI offenses.
After receiving her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, Tiffany spent four years practicing in the fields of insurance defense and plaintiff’s construction defense. She realized that her true passion in law was employing her skills in courtroom advocacy to prosecute criminals, so she joined MCAO where she spent approximately five years prosecuting non-vehicular violent crimes before moving to VCB.
Before embarking on her legal career, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies and Master’s Degree in Higher & Adult Education from Arizona State University. She then taught at the collegiate level, and also served as a mentor and advisor for aspiring students.
