Rusty Byers is a 30-year public safety and justice veteran with experience in providing critical systems to law enforcement, courts, fire, EMS, prison/jails, and the forensic community. Throughout his career, Mr. Byers has worked with agencies large and small to deploy state of the art justice systems in all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, and Asia PAC. As a relative newcomer to the world of cybersecurity, it became clear to Mr. Byers that the agencies he’s worked with across three decades are not adequately prepared for the new cyber threats and attacks being mounted in today’s environment. Mr. Byers’ goal is to approach cybersecurity for the public safety & justice community with the same expectations of excellence and performance CAD, RMS, Mobile and Courts RMS systems’, to ensure agency protection. Mr. Byers is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
