Oramel H. (O.H.) Skinner is the Arizona Solicitor General, with responsibility for the Arizona Attorney General’s practice before the United States Supreme Court, a substantial portion of the State’s defense of state statutes, as well as other high profile matters, including offensive and defensive litigation and regulatory matters. Immediately prior to his current role, O.H. led the Arizona Attorney General’s Special Litigation Unit. O.H. is a 2010 graduate of Harvard Law School. Before joining the Attorney General in 2016, O.H. practiced at WilmerHale and Ropes & Gray in Boston and clerked for the Hon. J.L. Edmondson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.
