Mothers Against Drunk Driving


Carrie Robbins is a Program Specialist with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Arizona. Her role at Arizona MADD is to facilitate MADD’s in-person Victim Impact Panels (VIP), Power of Youth program, Power of Parents program, and perform court monitoring statewide. In addition to these programs, she is the principal collaborator on behalf MADD with Arizona rural courts implementing MADD’s Online Victim Impact Panel. Carrie’s primary focus is to bring effective programming to rural Arizona which is designed to ameliorate any barriers to either community empowerment or mandated restorative justice programming. Carrie holds a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from the University of Montevallo. When Carrie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and hiking the beautiful Arizona landscape. Helain is a non-profit professional experienced in programs and human capital development. Currently the Statewide Programs Manager for MADD AZ, Helain oversees all educational and restorative justice programming, court monitoring, and strategic partnership development. Helain is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in systems and recidivism reduction. Furthermore, Helain is a graduate of the University of Arizona, holding undergraduate degrees from both the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health and the Center for Latin American Studies. In her free time, Helain enjoys horseback riding, travel, hiking, and cooking.
