The Advocate as an Expert Witness

Intimate partner violence is a complex issue. Factfinders, including judges and juries, benefit from having experts explain the complexities of domestic violence throughout the criminal process. This webinar explains expert witnesses' role in criminal cases and discusses the domestic violence dynamics and other counterintuitive behaviors that provide the basis for expert testimony.
