Philip Garrow has practiced criminal law for most of his 20-year legal career. He has worked as a felony prosecutor at MCAO and the Attorney General's Office; as a misdemeanor prosecutor for the City of Glendale; and as a criminal staff attorney for Division One of the Court of Appeals. Mr. Garrow is currently the Bureau Chief for MCAO Criminal Appeals.
Thomas McDermott has served as a trial and appellate prosecutor for the better part of 20 years. Currently, he is the lead appeals attorney within the Major Crimes Bureau at the Pinal County Attorney's Office. Prior to that, Mr. McDermott served five years as Bureau Chief of the Juvenile, Justice Court, and Appeals Bureau at PCAO.
