Sarah Garner has been the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor for North Carolina since October of 2010. Before she began that position she was an Assistant District Attorney for the Thirteenth District in North Carolina for 16 years. Sarah came to North Carolina from Knoxville, TN, where she had served as an Assistant District Attorney General for five years. She received her BS and JD from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
