This course is designed for both felony and misdemeanor prosecutors who have a minimum of two years’ experience conducting DUI trials and is open to all full-time prosecutors.

My bio; Born and raised in New York. I went to law school at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, graduated 1995. Prosecutor at the Mesa Prosecutor’s Office 1996-2013. Head Prosecutor City of Flagstaff 2013-2016. Head Prosecutor City of Tempe 2016-present.
